The festival was Chinese. But the dinner table was decorated with produce from Iberian Peninsula, perfectly well suited to the wine list, in our last change to Chinese New Year toast! Among the delicacies from Spain, we had Iberico Jamon (the spanish ham on the black serving board), freshly carved from a whole back leg; Tio Pepe sherry vinegar (the bottle of dark vinegar in the middle) of Jerez de La Frontera; Queso de Cabrales (Cabrales cheese, behind the sherry).
