Lantern Festival — Last Chance to Chinese New Year Toast

The festival was Chinese. But the dinner table was decorated with produce from Iberian Peninsula, perfectly well suited to the wine list, in our last change to Chinese New Year toast! Among the delicacies from Spain, we had Iberico Jamon (the spanish ham on the black serving board), freshly carved from a whole back leg; Tio Pepe sherry vinegar (the bottle of dark vinegar in the middle) of Jerez de La Frontera; Queso de Cabrales (Cabrales cheese, behind the sherry). New Year New BBR

It was confusing time for BBR‘s Hong Kong customers in December last year. The parting of them with their local agent was a mess. The Hong Kong customers received letters from both parties, BBR to assure their continuing commitment in Hong Kong market, while the parted local agent in aggressive persuasion to win over the same pool of customers.
